The Turkey team met before the pilot implementation, where the techniques developed under the ESCAPE project will be evaluated in the field. Since the pilot implementation will be carried out in two different institutions, Kocaeli Open Penal Execution Institution and Kocaeli Directorate of Probation, a meeting was held on November 01, 2024 with a delegation of managers and experts to ensure effective coordination between the institutions.
During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the schedule of the pilot implementation, the techniques to be applied, the aims and objectives of the project. Strategies were also developed for the dissemination of the positive results of the project and its implementation in a wider area. In this way, thanks to the ESCAPE project, different institutions came together and made progress in developing common strategies and ensuring a strong cooperation. The meeting ended after the details of the pilot implementation were finalized and the exchange of ideas was completed.
