The Turkish team managing the ESCAPE (Educational Spiritual Counselling Practices in European Prisons) project carried out within the scope of the European Union Erasmus+ Programme came together in Kocaeli Open Correctional Institution on 03.11.2023.
In the meeting, the data obtained as a result of the researches carried out in the field and the latest status of the ongoing project studies were evaluated. Then, the studies carried out in other project partner countries and the information obtained in these countries were reviewed.
After the evaluation of the issues on the agenda, the meeting was concluded by agreeing to continue the intensive work to develop an innovative Spiritual Counselling Methodology for the needs of the project partner countries by making use of the knowledge of professionals working in the field.
