This Work Package is dedicated for the visibility, publicity of the project and dissemination of its results through various channels and platforms including the project web-site itself.
The systematic approach to dissemination, combined with the active engagement of stakeholders and the rigorous quality assurance process, ensured that the results of WP5 were achieved successfully. These efforts significantly contributed to reaching the project’s objectives, promoting social inclusion, and enhancing spiritual counseling services for young ex/offenders.
Contribution to Project Objectives: The results of WP5 were achieved through a systematic and well-coordinated approach, ensuring that the project’s outcomes were widely disseminated and accessible to all stakeholders. The planned activities were executed effectively, contributing significantly to reaching the project’s objectives.
Accessibility: All outputs developed during the project were made available as open-access resources. The online copies of the science-based methodology were uploaded in PDF format on the project website and each partner disseminated them through their own channels. This ensured that stakeholders, including practitioners, educators, policymakers, and the general public, could easily access and utilize the project’s outputs. The accessibility of these resources facilitated the widespread adoption of the ESCAPE approach, promoting social inclusion and improved spiritual counseling services for young ex/offenders.
Dissemination Activities: A comprehensive dissemination strategy was implemented, which included organizing local, national, and transnational events. These activities helped raise awareness about the project’s outcomes and encouraged the adoption of the developed methodologies. The partners also actively shared the project’s results through various online platforms, including the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, EPALE, and the European Youth Portal. This digital dissemination ensured that the project’s impact extended beyond local contexts, reaching a European audience.
Stakeholders: The dissemination activities involved engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including Probation Centers, Religious actors, prisons, and community organizations. By involving these stakeholders, the project ensured that the developed outputs were relevant and applicable to the target groups.
